Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote a strong pharmacy presence in the community through participation in health and wellness initiatives and local events.
Lead, motivate, recruit, and train pharmacy staff to maintain efficient and effective operations.
Collaborate with store leadership to plan and execute clinics, demos, and wellness events.
Provide professional advice to patients regarding prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health services.

Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive financial performance and ensure operational efficiency of the pharmacy.
