Serve as a director within the company.
All Full time Pharmacist duties.
Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy by ensuring operational efficiency that enables staff perform optimally while controlling costs.
Identify and take advantage of internal and external business growth opportunities.
Ensure all pharmacy employees adhere to professional standards and comply with applicable regulatory laws and regulations.
Oversee the accurate maintenance and submission of pharmacy documentation required by regulatory bodies, drug plans, and third-party organizations.
Foster a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment by promoting open communication, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring team effectiveness.
Supervise departmental billing and payment processes, ensuring staff are knowledgeable about billing opportunities and assisting with billing issues.
Serve as the primary contact for the store's security alarm system.
Act as the privacy officer.
Secure a replacement pharmacist for scheduled holidays.
Assist with financial and budgetary planning in collaboration with management.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Valid Pharmacist License in ON
Injection Certification
Minor Ailment Treatment Training
Strong understanding of business operations, applicable laws, and regulations.
