Must have experience in supervisory or leadership experience required in a fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment, preferably involving heavy fabrication or refinery equipment (tube sheets, heat exchangers, etc.)
Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, training, and supporting production staff to ensure skill development and task accuracy.
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including layout, welding, fit-up, and material handling; familiarity with welding processes such as TIG, MIG or Stick.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
Basic computer skills for timekeeping, job tracking, or production software; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred.
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance in a shop setting.
Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
