Job Description

Encargado de Mantenimiento de Áreas Exteriores — ¡$850+ SEMANALES con horas extra!

Requisitos principales:
  • Ayudar con las tareas generales del patio y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
  • Realizar limpieza general del patio y mantener el orden.
  • Recoger y desechar correctamente la basura y los escombros alrededor del patio y las instalaciones.
  • Vaciar los botes de basura y mantener limpias las áreas comunes.
  • Operar herramientas básicas de jardinería, como desbrozadoras, sopladoras y cortadoras de césped.
  • Ayudar con tareas de mantenimiento rutinario según se le asignen.
  • Apoyar a los equipos de producción con el manejo de materiales.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor.
  • Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y utilizar el EPP (Equipo de Protección Personal) adecuado.
  • Tener disponibilidad para trabajar en ambientes interiores y exteriores bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas.
  • Tener una sólida ética de trabajo, puntualidad y actitud orientada al trabajo en equipo. Código de vestimenta requerido.
  • Poder completar los procesos de evaluación previos al empleo (prueba de drogas, prueba de alcohol, examen físico y capacitaciones de seguridad).
Turnos:
  • De lunes a viernes; algunos fines de semana pueden ser requeridos.
  • 7:00 a. m. – 4:00 p. m.
  • Oportunidad de trabajar horas extra.
Duración:
  • Permanente

Key Requirements:
  • Assist with general yard duties and facility upkeep.
  • General yard cleanup and housekeeping
  • Pick up and properly dispose of trash and debris around the yard and facility
  • Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness in common areas
  • Operate basic landscaping tools such as weed-eaters, blowers, and push mowers
  • Assist with routine maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Support production teams with material handling 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude/Dress Code
  • Able to complete pre-employment screenings (drug test, alcohol test, physical, safety trainings)

Shifts:
  • Monday - Friday, some weekends may be required 
  • 7:00 am - 4:00 pm 
  • Overtime opportunity

Duration:
  • Permanent
