We are hiring a Warehouse Production Lead / Supervisor in Scoudouc, New Brunswick We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Lead to support daily supervision and leadership within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to guide a team while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily supervision and support to production staff Act as a leader and motivator to ensure team performance and morale Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure quality standards and attention to detail are maintained Communicate clearly and effectively with both management and team members Assist with problem-solving and implementing solutions on the floor Support general production operations as needed Qualifications and RequirementsStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred Proven leadership or supervisory experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues Basic computer skillsCore CompetenciesLeadership and team motivation Strong organizational skills Problem-solving and decision-making Commitment to quality and efficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Shift: 8-hour shifts within flexible hours between 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
