Job Description

Public Works Project Manager - Up to 120,000 Yearly

Key Requirements:
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas with 2+ years of public works experience.
  • Experience managing multi-phase, multi-discipline projects, including planning, design, and project execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring engineers and coordinating with design teams and consultants.
  • Proficient in project scheduling, proposals, and workload prioritization.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and municipal procedures.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills to interact with clients, agencies, and present to councils or boards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Shifts:
  • Daytime office schedule (Project-based)
