Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Dispatcher to support daily office operations and coordinate residential and commercial service calls. This position will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling and dispatching technicians, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
Scan and upload documents into the Jonas system.
Schedule and dispatch residential and commercial service calls.
Verify timesheets for residential and commercial technicians.
Contact customers to schedule maintenance services.
Send monthly ESA (Extended Service Agreement) renewals.
Create and process purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
Take on additional responsibilities to support the continued growth and success of the department.
Key Requirements:
Previous receptionist, dispatcher, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable communicating with customers and service technicians.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
