Key Requirements:
  • Must have experience as a safety supervisor in a construction field
  • Must have OSHA Safety Certification
  • Must have OSHA 30
  • identifies and corrects workplace hazards, develops and enforces safety policies, conducts training, performs inspections/audits, investigates incidents 
  • Conduct regular walkarounds, inspections, and risk assessments to find and fix unsafe conditions or behaviors before incidents occur 
  • Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, ensuring they meet legal standards and company goals. 
  • Orient new hires, train employees on safe practices, emergency procedures, and equipment use, and communicate safety updates 
  • Investigate accidents and near misses, determine root causes, document findings, and implement corrective actions 
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA and other regulations, and maintain meticulous records of training, inspections, and incidents. 
  • Lead by example, promote a positive safety culture, hold employees accountable, and demonstrate that safety is a core value.
  • Develop and practice emergency response plans and ensure staff are prepared.
  • Must have a Valid DL or ID
  • Must have reliable transportation

Shifts:
  • Monday-Saturday 5:45am-6pm

  • Temp-Perm
