Ability to be appropriately aggressive in sales, resulting new business acquisition
Develop and implement an effective sales plan to exceed established sales objectives for accounts
Must be aggressive to get in front of customers for introduction and continued support
Must be willing to work over the road and in the office
Use consultative sales strategy to overcome client objections and maximize sales activity
Establish and maintain strong relations and networking to develop new business
Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts
Interface with appropriate field management to establish pricing for quotes and bids
Document all sales activity within CRM. (Sales force and other proprietary system)
Must have ability to use MS Excel & Microsoft Word
Maintain awareness of the competition – market share, pricing, services, etc.
Cold Calling will be required in line with weekly quota goals
Must have 1 year experience working directly in the staffing or Contract Labor industry operations Or 3 + years sales experience in B2B (business to business)
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
