responsible for managing scale operations, dispatching drivers, and supporting daily yard operations through administrative and forklift duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate scaling, documentation, and efficient material flow.
Scale inbound and outbound trucks and customers
Dispatch drivers and coordinate yard traffic
Enter scale data and maintain accurate records
Prepare and file scale tickets and related paperwork
Communicate with customers, drivers, and yard staff
Operate a sit-down forklift to move and unload materials
Assist with identifying and sorting scrap materials
Use computer systems for documentation and emails
Support general warehouse and yard operations as needed
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
