Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! The Order Fulfillment and Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately processing, preparing, and managing materials and product orders to ensure timely delivery for roofing products. Key Requirements:
Order Fulfillment
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
Print shipping labels/SKU Numbers (future Tense)
Inspect products for quality before packing
Always maintain a clean and orderly work area
Meet or exceed daily order processing targets
Inventory Management
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory
Receive materials/packing slips, and stock incoming shipments (leftover drop-offs)
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock items
Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse or inventory management systems
Organized stock areas for accessibility and efficiency
Qualifications
Prior experience in order fulfillment and inventory of roofing materials
Experience operating sit-down forklifts
Basic computer and data entry skills; familiarity with inventory or fulfillment systems is helpful
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player with good communication skills /operate forklift, or willing to learn how
