Seeking an energetic, detail oriented Bar back to support a high volume bar by stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the bar area for smooth service and great guest experience.
Must have experience as Bar back, busser, or server in a fast-paced setting
Basic beer/wine/cocktail knowledge a plus
Replenish glasses, garnishes, ice, condiments, and bar supplies; prep ingredients for bartender
Keep the station organized and fetch items quickly.
Manage ice and prep mixers, non-alcoholic drinks, and garnishes.
Sanitize bar surfaces, sinks, and equipment; handle trash and recycling.
Monitor stock, rotate products, and flag low items.
Wash, polish, and store glassware; check for chips.
Follow portion control and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening/closing procedures.
Report malfunctions and assist with basic troubleshooting.
Communicate with bartenders and servers.
Greet when appropriate and answer basic questions; direct to bartenders as needed.
