The Administrator works closely with accountants, managers, and clients to maintain compliance, streamline workflows, and keep the office organized.Key responsibilities typically include managing client records, preparing and maintaining financial documentation, coordinating schedules and deadlines, assisting with tax and audit preparation, handling correspondence, and supporting billing and invoicing activities. The CPA Administrator also serves as a point of contact for clients, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with accounting terminology, financial documents, and relevant software is highly valuable.
Will be working the Front Desk and closely with the CPAs. must have Excel experience. QuickBooks is not required, but a plus.
