Pharmacy Manager $75-85/HR

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and promote a strong pharmacy presence in the community through participation in health and wellness initiatives and local events.
  • Lead, motivate, recruit, and train pharmacy staff to maintain efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to plan and execute clinics, demos, and wellness events.
  • Provide professional advice to patients regarding prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health services.
  • Champion a customer-first approach that encourages loyalty and enhances the patient experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive financial performance and ensure operational efficiency of the pharmacy.
  • Foster collaboration with front store staff, Healthy Living Advisors, and nursing personnel to optimize referrals and service integration.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Health & Wellness product merchandising and patient care.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid pharmacy license to practice in Saskatchewan.
  • COVID-19 vaccination (1st and 2nd doses) required.
  • Previous pharmacy management experience preferred.
  • Experience with retail pharmacy systems (e.g., Nexxsys) is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to balance clinical excellence with business operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
  • Strong orientation toward customer and patient satisfaction.
