The Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Recruiter plays a key role in supporting branch operations through recruiting, onboarding, and administrative functions.
This position serves as the first point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily interaction between field employees, clients, and internal teams.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate employee and client records in the system
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
Coordinate pre-employment screenings
Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and I-9 verification.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate updates, onboarding progress, and order details.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm
Overtime, weekend hours, and on call rotation required as necessary.
