A Prestress Concrete Plant Manager oversees daily operations of a precast/prestressed manufacturing facility, focusing on production, safety, PCI quality standards, and staff management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing, scheduling production, coordinating maintenance, ensuring material quality, and controlling costs for structural elements.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping for all plant equipment. Staffing: Manage, train, and supervise production crews to meet deadlines.
Oversee inventory levels of materials and manage finished goods loading.
Work with sales and engineering to meet project schedules and specifications.
