We are hiring a General Foreman who will be responsible for multiple departments.
The role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and technical expertise to manage diverse teams working on complex naval, commercial, and luxury vessels.
The job requires prior experience in ship repair.
In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, paint, and metal work operations within the marine sector.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Supervise and coordinate the various departments to ensure all work meets industry standards and adheres to project deadlines.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution of repairs and modifications.
Review work schedules, resource allocations, and material needs for different departments.
Conduct inspections and quality control assessments to ensure high workmanship standards.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift 50 lbs
