Luxury Jewelry Sales Associates $960+ WEEKLY

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience by identifying individual needs and offering tailored service
  • Uphold brand values and knowledge, serving as an ambassador for luxury jewellery and timepiece collections
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product lines, heritage, and craftsmanship to communicate effectively with clients
  • Support all aspects of the sales process including follow-up and aftercare
  • Contribute to a high-performance, client-focused team environment
  • Assist with store opening/closing duties (Key Holder experience is an asset)
  • Adhere to security protocols and procedures; candidates must be bondable
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury customer care or sales, preferably with fine jewellery, timepieces, or high-end retail
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment
  • Ability to work flexibly based on the needs of the business and your clients (evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)
  • Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Key Holder experience considered an asset
