This role works closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient dispensary operations, including immunization services and inventory management. Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient-focused pharmacy services as appropriate and eligible for patients
Assist the Pharmacy Manager with daily pharmacy operations
Administer injections and immunizations to maximize patient care
Support and execute provincial vaccination campaigns as required
Ensure compliance with loss prevention policies to control shrink
Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records within prescribed guidelines
Ensure accurate ordering and detailed receiving of pharmacy products, including narcotics
Support daily operation and security of pharmacy computer systems
Qualifications and Experience
University degree combined with a valid Pharmacy License in Manitoba
Strong customer and patient satisfaction orientation
Ability to balance professional pharmacy practice with business operations
Experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting preferred
