Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of banquet areas, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and banquet equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
  • Support banquet and kitchen staff during events and service as needed.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet functions.
  • Maintain quality and cleanliness standards throughout each shift.
  • Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution.

Key Requirements:
  • 3 months to 1 year of steward or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and positively with team members.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Shifts:
  • Monday-Sunday Rotating schedule
